Did you know that:

1:  The Human Body’s Nerve Cells are even more powerful than the world’s most advanced computer.

2:  The Human Body’s Nerve Cells make electrical waves in the Human Body.

3:  The Human Body has about 100 billion Nerve Cells with about 10 billion connections.

4:  The Human Body’s Nerve Cells has about 100 billion Axons.

5:  Each one of the Human Body’s Axons can stretch up to 1m (3ft).

6: Nerve Cells (Neurons) are one of the Essential Cells in the Human Body, they are the Cells of the Nervous system.

7: Nerve cells are made up of mostly Axons and connectors called Synapses.  

8: The main part of the Nerve Cell is the Nucleus.

      The facts that surprised me are all of them, it really is important information that could be used in a quiz but it hasn’t been on a quiz.

    You seem to be an expert on nerve cells! I had no idea the human body has 100 billion nerve cells. Nerve cells are essential for the human body. Have you ever seen a nerve cell up close under a microscope?
